Valencia CF present an institutional gift to Borussia Mönchengladbach on the occasion of their 125th anniversary  

A special meeting between Ricardo Arias, Voro González and Rainer Bonhof

Valencia CF presented an institutional gift to Borussia Mönchengladbach on the occasion of their 125th anniversary.

Valencia CF Team Manager Voro González and club ambassador and legend Ricardo Arias handed a commemorative pennant and a jersey to the German club’s president and former Valencia CF player, Rainer Bonhof, to mark the celebration of the German club’s 125th anniversary. In return, Bonhof presented two personalised jerseys, one with the name of Valencia CF and the other with the name of Ricardo Arias.

Arias and Bonhof were teammates at Valencia CF in the 1980s, during which they won two titles: the 1979 Copa del Rey and the 1980 UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup.
